We offer the following range of products for export:
1. Electric-welded low-carbon steel pipes GOST 3262-75.
Steel grades: 10, 08KP, PS; St1, St2, St3, St5.
Delivered length up to 8m for pipes diameter DU from 15 to 40 mm.
Length up to 9 m for DU 50 to 80 mm.
Note: These steel pipes are used in construction and for transportation of water and gas.

 

2. Hot-formed seamless pipes made of carbon or alloy steels according to GOST 8731-74, GOST 8732-78, (DIN 1629).
Steel grades: 10, 20, 35, 45, 09Mn2Si, 10Mn2, St10-60, 17MnSi.
Outer diameter 45 to 219 mm... 426 mm; with thickness 3,5 to 45 mm.Length 11,5 m.
Note: Oil and general-purpose pipes for machine building; low-pressure liquids and gases pipelines

3. Cold-formed seamless pipes from carbon and alloy steel GOST 8733-75, GOST 8734-75, (DIN 1629).
Steel grades: 10, 20, 35, 45, 09Mn2Si, 10Mn2.
Outer diameter 4,0 to 76 mm, wall thickness 0,5 to 12 mm.
Note: Steel Pipes of general assignment are used in machine building, construction for pipelines of low pressure for liquids and gases.

Technologies are applied to manufacturing cold-formed pipes cold proskating rinks and cold drawing.
The control department spends full survey of finished goods. The instrument control of production is spent also.

4. Threaded casing pipes GOST 632-80.
Steel grades: 30Mn1.
Design option B, group D.
Outer diameter 146 to 324 mm; wall thickness 7,7 to 14,0 mm.
Note: These steel pipes are used in oil and gas industries

5. Tubings and couplings (seamless oil plain-end pipes) GOST 633-jsobject HTML (API 5 CT).
Steel grades: D (45), design option "B", size 73x5,5 mm, length 6 to 12 m.
Note: These steel pipes are used in oil and gas industries.

6. ERW longitudinally welded steel pipes and tubes. GOST 10705-80, 10704-91

Usage: for pipelines and various structural applications.

7. SAW longitudinally welded steel pipes and tubes. GOST 10706-76, 10704-91

Usage: for pipelines of general purposes.

8. Hot-formed seamless steel pipes for high-pressure boilers made of carbon or alloy steel according to technical specifications TU 14-3-460-75.
Steel grades: 20, 15 MnSi, 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, 15Cr1MoV, ...
Outer diameter from 57 up to 219 mm... 245 mm; wall thickness 3,5 - 45,0 mm. Length up to 10 m.
The steel pipes made of 12Cr1MoV steel are manufactured with wall thickness from 3,5 mm up to 40 mm.
Note: These seamless steel pipes are used for boilers and high-pressure steam pipelines.
9. Cold-formed steel pipes for boiler of high pressure from carbon and alloy steel according TU 14-3-460-75, (DIN17175).
Steel grades: 15 MnSi, 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, 15Cr1MoV, …
Outer diameter 10 to 76 mm; with thickness 2,0 to 12 mm. Pipes made 12Cr1MoV steel are manufactured with outer diameter ranging from 10 to 70 mm. Length up to 11,5 m.
Note: These steel pipes are used for boilers and high-pressure steam pipelines.
